前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標準化工作導則第1部分:標準化文件的結構和起草規則》的規

定起草。

本文件代替GB/T5590—2008《礦用防爆低壓電磁起動器》,與GB/T5590—2008相比,除結構

調整和編輯性改動外,主要技術變化如下:

—更改了范圍(見第1章,2008年版的第1章);

—刪除了先導回路的術語和定義(見2008年版的3.1.1);

—刪除了代號的規定(見2008年版的3.3);

—增加了風機用起動器、隔爆型起動器、隔爆兼本質安全型起動器、其他防爆型式起動器的分類

(見4.1);

—更改了使用類別要求(見5.2,2008年版的5.7);

—更改了控制電路要求(見5.3,2008年版的5.9);

—更改了保護功能要求(見5.5.2,2008年版的6.5);

—更改了機械環境條件要求(見表2,2008年版的表2);

—增加了通用要求(見7.1);

—更改了結構要求(見7.2.1,2008年版的8.1.1);

—更改了主腔內電氣間隙(見表3,2008年版的表3);

—更改了本質安全結構要求(見7.2.1.14,2008年版的8.1.7、8.1.8);

礦用防爆低壓電磁起動器

1范圍

本文件規定了礦用防爆低壓電磁起動器的分類與命名、特性、正常工作條件和技術要求,描述了相

應的試驗方法,規定了檢驗規則以及標志、包裝、運輸和貯存要求。

本文件適用于煤礦井下,在額定頻率50Hz,電壓1140V及以下的線路中,控制三相鼠籠型異步電

動機就地或遠距離起動和停止、反轉和雙速,同時對電動機及有關電路進行保護的礦用防爆低壓電磁起

動器(以下簡稱“起動器”)的設計、制造與檢驗。

本文件有關過載保護的條款(見7.3.10和8.2.12)不適用于裝入電動機內部的埋入式過熱保護

裝置。
